The basics

These terms govern your use of swaglayer.com and every purchase you make from Swag Layer. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Products

Every piece is printed to order. Slight variations in print placement and colour between the product photos and the delivered garment are inherent to the process and not defects. Screen colours vary by device.

Pricing & orders

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store your card or UPI details. An order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive our confirmation; we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfil (e.g. stock, pricing error, or address issues) before dispatch.

Coupons & discounts

Discount codes are subject to their own conditions (validity dates, minimum spend, usage limits), cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Made-to-order production takes a few days before dispatch, and delivery timelines vary by destination. Tracking details are shared once your order ships. Please double-check your address at checkout — parcels returned for an incorrect address may need a re-shipping fee. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & refunds — all sales final

Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges at this time. Please check the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@swaglayer.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll review it — any resolution (such as a replacement) is at our sole discretion. Full details on our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, product names, and content on this site belong to Swag Layer. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for courier delays or events outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
