Shipping Policy

Every Swag Layer product is printed to order, so each order moves through two stages: production (we print and quality-check your piece) and transit (the courier delivers it).

Processing time

Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation. During new drops or peak periods this may extend slightly — we'll keep you posted if so.

Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines after dispatch vary by destination; remote or non-metro areas may take a little longer. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you the courier and tracking details. You can also see order status in your account.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Please double-check your address — parcels returned to us for an incorrect or incomplete address may require a re-shipping fee.

Delays & issues

We're not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or events outside our control, but we'll always help you chase a stuck parcel. If your order hasn't moved in a reasonable window, write to support@swaglayer.com with your order number.
