Who we are

Swag Layer ("we", "us") operates swaglayer.com, an Indian streetwear label. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you browse or order from us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and the items you purchased. If you contact us for support, we keep that correspondence. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

Why we collect it

To produce and ship your order, send you order and delivery updates, answer support requests, and prevent fraud. If you join our newsletter, we use your email to tell you about new drops — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only who's needed to get your order to your door: our print & fulfilment partner (name, address, phone — printed on the shipping label), the courier delivering your parcel, and our payment provider (Razorpay) for processing the transaction. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and checkout session working. Blocking them in your browser may break the shopping experience; nothing here tracks you across other websites.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as required for accounting and tax compliance under Indian law. Support correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve your issue.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of data we're not legally required to keep. Write to support@swaglayer.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
